Academic Challenges 2021

Hi everyone!

This year has been very complex, just like last year. Although the pandemic situation is a little more controlled, continuing with the online classes is a challenge because a career as a Cinema and TV is difficult to endure from home.
Also, learning from home doesn’t allow me to use necessary equipment like cameras, spotlights, microphones, and so on. However, I think the worst of all is to use private spaces for university assignments because it’s as if the whole classroom is in your bedroom! My intimate spaces are dead during a video call haha.
In any case, the time I have spent at home has helped me to reflect on my life, my goals and deepen my interests. I’ve also been able to spend more time with my family and my pets. I suppose that these types of obstacles are the ones that when you look from afar, in perspective, you realize that they have made you advance. In fact, what I enjoyed the most about having time to myself at this point was repairing my sewing machine and watching online tutorials to experiment with vintage clothing. I mean, it was something I wanted to do for a long time and only now was I able to make it happen. I guess focusing on my goals is my favorite thing. Something good about the pandemic, right?
